Dead cow. Oh ya! My husband's favourite food (or as he prefers to spell it, 'favorite').

We treated ourselves this evening to a steak dinner at an establishment known as Cattlemen's here in Oklahoma City. Because we don't know where we'll be when Dwayne's birthday rolls around in a few short weeks (could be in the middle of nowhere), we decided to enjoy his birthday dinner a little early. I had been to Cattlemen's 3 years ago (my how time flies) and the place was packed. It was even more so this time. Couldn't help but notice a number of the patrons were sporting cowboy hats. :) Good food. But I must say that both Dwayne and I agreed that The Keg in Sudbury is better.

Here are a few pics of our evening. Cattlemen's is in an area known as the Oklahoma Stockyards.

They sneak in an occasional lawyer...lol.

The pre-birthday boy...

Yup. That's a nice picture there behind me. :) Thanks for pointing it out Love! Save a horse....AHEM.

Coconut cream pie...my 2nd favourite (next to raspberry). This piece was huge!

And, as promised, here are some 'enchanting' pics taken yesterday in New Mexico...

Tomorrow we head to the company terminal in Joplin, Missouri to have the truck serviced.

P.S. to my daughter: We're parked next to a Sonic! :P
