MAKE A WISH!!

My wish is that being in Missouri doesn't bring me misery. It's been twice now in the past few days that Dwayne's been in the washroom while someone started vomiting. Lovely. I did feel a little nauseous earlier today but feel better now.

Our load delivers Monday morning. We've been told twice now by the company not to deliver it early or there will be "major problems". Oh my. :) So, with plenty of time to spare, we were on laundry detail today. Since I no longer have a house to clean, I suppose I can't complain about the slight inconvenience of hauling your laundry into a building to do. (Actually, Dwayne hauled and I laughed at the size of the bag on his back...haha)! The truck stops all have mini-laundromats. Been a long time since I've used a landromat. The one good thing about it is you can get several loads done at once. Always gotta look for the bright side!

While driving through Missouri today, I noticed that the colour of the fall trees here aren't nearly as brilliant as the ones back home. I saw dull oranges and yellows, a lot of brown, and the odd red.





As we head further north, the temperature keeps dropping. What's up with that?!
