Pink Swirls

That's the name of a self-serve frozen yoghurt place I discovered a few days ago.

You go in, pick the size of bowl you want and then start filling it with the different flavours of yoghurt you're interested in. There's about 10 to choose from. I've discovered my favourites are Blood Orange, Mango and Vanilla. Mmmmm. The dispensing machines are similar to those found at Dairy Queen. But that's not the end. You then get to top off your creation with your choice of an abundance of chopped fresh fruits, nuts, chocolate temptations, sauces, sprinkles, coconut shavings, etc. Place your bowl on a scale and they ring in your total. As an added bonus, you get to pick your colour of spoon.

Is it good? The before and after pics speak for themselves.


DELISH! A little pricey (this one was about $6.00) but soooo worth it!

Also offered at Pink Swirls are smoothies, waffles and loose leaf teas along with....get this....sushi!! Who in the world ever decided that yoghurt and sushi go together? Yuck! Not a sushi fan myself. Perhaps if I were, I might like the idea.
